CHAIRS AND COORDINATORS

Executive Board Chairs

These chairs, along with the Executive Committee, form the Executive Board. This group makes the decisions on PTA business except in situations strictly within the Executive Committee's purview.

Reflections Chair -  Vaneshree Moodley & Vidisha Parasram - reflections@acmpta.com

Communications & Outreach Chair - We need you! - info@acmpta.com. Duties: Be the trusted source for news, messages and communication coming from the PTA.  You will also serve as the trusted liaison for families to give input and feedback to the PTA. You will work closely with the 2nd VP of Outreach and MPSA's Bilingual Family Coordinator.

Health & Safety Chair -  We need you! - info@acmpta.com

Hospitality Chair -  We need you! - info@acmpta.com. Duties: Establish a friendly, comfortable atmosphere at PTA meetings and events. Work with MPSA's in-house hospitality committee to help keep staff morale high.

Membership Chair - We need you!- membership@acmpta.com. Duties: Be responsible for creating and implementing a membership plan, promoting membership throughout the year, providing membership reports at PTA board and association meetings, collecting dues, and distributing membership cards.

Odyssey of the Mind Coordinator - We need you! Duties: Help form teams and support coaches for the Odyssey of the Mind competition for the 2024-2025 school year.
